WHAT TYPE OF LEASE AGREEMENT DO YOU OFFER?

All River’s Edge leases are installment-type leases. Pro-rated move-ins and/or move-outs do not apply to this lease type. 

WHAT ARE INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS?

Installment lease agreements do not have lease terms that are for an entire calendar year. The total contract amount for the lease term is split into equal payments throughout the length of your lease. 

WHEN IS RENT DUE?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month with a grace period until the 3rd day of the month. Rent is considered late beginning on the 4th of each month. Please note that late fees will start to accrue beginning on the 4th day.

WHEN CAN I SIGN MY LEASE AGREEMENT FOR FALL?

You can sign your lease today! Hurry in to reserve your spot for the best student housing in Athens!

WHAT IS THE LEASE TERM AT RIVER’s Edge?

We offer twelve-month leases. Please contact the leasing office for dates.

DO I NEED MY PARENT/GUARDIAN WITH ME TO SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT?

To sign a lease agreement we do NOT need your parent or guardian present.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO BE A GUARANTOR?

Applicants must complete the application and the Guarantor forms. All necessary fields including a social security number must be completed. The guarantor’s income must meet property income qualifications. Contact the leasing office for more information.

WHEN DO I NEED TO RETURN ALL THE CO-SIGNER PAPERWORK TO THE RIVER’s Edge LEASING OFFICE?

We require that all paperwork including Guarantor documents be returned back to the leasing office no later than 72 hours after submitting the security deposit.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN EACH UNIT?

River’s Edge Standard Apartments have a refrigerator and a stove. River’s Edge Rehab units have a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.
