Our Resident Life Center is filled with the latest and greatest amenities available for the enjoyment of all residents. On-site management and maintenance is also available in the clubhouse on a daily basis to assist with the needs of your student.
River’s Edge’s staff strives to provide the highest level of service to each and every resident. Weekly and monthly events are planned for the enjoyment of each resident. Mom’s Weekend activities and The Plunge are just samples of some of the events happening at the community.
RESIDENT EVENTS & SERVICES
In order to reserve an apartment, we require a security deposit (per apartment) and an application fee (per person). You can reserve an apartment online through this website by clicking the “Apply” tab above. Those interested in leasing an apartment at River’s Edge, please stop in the leasing office. Or feel free to call our leasing office at 740.593.7783, and a member or our leasing team will be happy to assist you.
HOW CAN I RESERVE AN APARTMENT AT RIVER’S EDGE?
You must complete the application and the Guarantor form. All necessary fields including a social security number must be completed to process application. A Guarantor’s income must meet property income qualifications. Contact leasing office for more information.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO BE A GUARANTOR?
WHEN DO I NEED TO RETURN ALL THE CO-SIGNER PAPERWORK TO THE RIVER’S EDGE LEASING OFFICE?
We require that all paperwork including Guarantor documents be returned back to the leasing office no later than 72 hours after submitting the security deposit.
HOW WILL YOU HANDLE NOTIFYING US IF WE ARE APPROVED OR DECLINED AS A GUARANTOR?
You will be notified either by email or phone of your status. If you have received information on being declined and need further information, please contact our leasing team at riverparkleasing@homesteadcos.com.
WHAT DOES RIVER’S EDGE OFFER TO HELP PREVENT CRIME AND ADDRESS SAFETY CONCERNS?
Unfortunately, crime has no address. No security system, courtesy patrol or electronic device can guarantee complete protection against crime. We do have our own contract courtesy patrol to help monitor the community. However, we ask residents to contact the Athens Police Department at 740-593-6606 if you see any suspicious activity. As always, you should contact 911 immediately for any emergency or criminal activity you might observe. We ask that you also let us know in the management office if you see any suspicious activity.
While we put forth our best effort for the well-being of our residents, at no time are we able to promise, warrant or guarantee the safety or security of any resident or personal property against the criminal actions of others. Every resident has the responsibility to take care to protect himself/herself and to maintain appropriate insurance to protect their belongings.
